The story behind the project
The project began with the creation of an extension attached to the existing house, allowing for the addition of an extra bedroom with direct access to
the garden. To open the house to the outdoors, large sliding glass doors were installed and a spacious sea-view terrace was created,
extending the living areas.
A pool house was designed to complement the swimming pool, offering a functional and stylish relaxation area. The entire garden was rehabilitated,
along with the existing pool, which was modernized and brought back into service.
Finally, a full renovation of the façades and a complete overhaul of the roof have given this house a new lease on life, making it perfectly suited to
Mediterranean living.
