When the project allows, we can offer you a Single-Family Home Construction Contract (CCMI). This regulated contract provides you with a secure legal framework, including delivery, price, and deadline guarantees. For projects not eligible for CCMI (land division, partial renovation, etc.), we offer full project management with the same level of commitment.
